Returns Policy

We take pride in offering extraordinary customer service and we want you to be as happy with our products as we are!! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 7 days after delivery for a full merchandise refund.

Please note that some items are not eligible for return, (unless you have received an incorrect product) which include – personalized products including and not limited to tags, ribbons, banners and any other gift item, customized (made to order) items, edible products,baby onesies (if opened) and perishable products.

In case the product received is the incorrect product

In this case we would refund 100% of the product cost if intimated immediately or within 7 days on receipt of the product. We urge you not to accept a product in this case. We will also bear the return shipping for any incorrect product delivered.

Here Are Some Important & Helpful Guidelines on Returns

  • Always email us first if you have a problem on
  • Always be sure to report your problem within 24 hours of receiving the item in question
  • Never send back an item without consulting with us. It's very important that you DO NOT send the item back to us until you have verified with us and no credit or replacement shall be given on such items.
  • Always report any and all problems associated with an order/package delivery at the same time. Request to be as specific as possible when describing the problem.
  • Always return your items using registered courier as advised in our return authorization mail.

Please return within 7 working days of confirmation from our end, and with original packing & in original condition. Please ensure to include a copy of the invoice you received.

      As safe delivery to you is our responsibility, in the same way sending back safely to us is your responsibility. If something happens in transit and the package doesn't get delivered to us, we cannot help you. So make sure to send through the suggested service in our return authorization mail only and forward the details to us and keep the airway bill or postal receipt till it gets delivered to us.

      Not withstanding the above or any other provision, we are under no obligation to accept any returns or provide any replacements or exchange or store credit. We have sole discretion in deciding whether to accept the returns or not depending on the merit of the case.

Be Extra Alert when Accepting Parcel from Courier

If the outer packing is damaged or tampered with, do verify the items quality and quantity with invoice before accepting the package from the courier agency. In case of any discrepancy, either refuse to accept delivery or accept delivery only after putting suitable remark on the proof of delivery. Also let us know of the problem so that we can do something about it!

Refund Policy

We will refund the money the way the payment was made.

  • If the payment was by Credit Card or Net-Banking, we will refund the Credit Card or Net-Banking account.
  • If the payment mode was Cheque or DD, we will send you a cheque (not a DD). Cheques will be sent only to the billing address of the customer.
